Great neighborhood to walk around with plenty of parks with basketball courts, baseball fields, a neighborhood Publix, places to eat and Cafe down the block if you want to walk over and get your morning fix of coffee. This is 1st floor apartment & there may be guests upstairs.

We had a wonderful stay at this first-floor space. It was incredibly quiet and immaculately clean, which made for a very comfortable visit. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided—they really added to our experience. The location is perfect, with a quick drive to many local spots, making it easy to explore the area. The host was extremely responsive and supportive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone visiting the area!

Felix was proactive and responsive. All instructions were clear and the home was just as advertised. We booked last minute, and had zero hiccups getting in. Felix was communicative throughout our stay, and we had no issues at all, making everything stress-free. The home was also totally family friendly. We will definitely consider staying there again next time we’re in Pensacola!
