My stay here was very pleasant. If you’re looking for a little getaway then this is highly recommended. I loved how clean and simple the furniture was set up. Had no issues. 10/10!

We had a great stay at Felix’s place! This is a new listing and it was pristine. Extremely clean, tastefully decorated, great linens, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full meal. Felix was an excellent host. He reached out to check in with us throughout our stay and was always helpful and friendly. We highly recommend Felix’s place and we will stay again if it’s available the next time we’re in Oceanside. Thanks again for hosting us in this beautiful new unit.

I’m thankful for the availability. We got there and was double booked, that was a nightmare. So the guy I that I talked to with the other place he lead me to this place and I’m grateful because it was two from the church we were attending. Everything was very nice and clean.

The place was great very comfortable and clean. The host check in on us and communicated quickly when we needed help with anything. would recommend and if very in the area again would stay here. One recommendation would be to fix the driveway.

Great location. Easy check in and easy check out. Saved our life by letting us check in earlier than planned at the very last minute. Have nothing negative to say about the place. Felix checked in more than once while we were there to make sure all our needs were met. We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this first-floor space. It was incredibly quiet and immaculately clean, which made for a very comfortable visit. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided—they really added to our experience. The location is perfect, with a quick drive to many local spots, making it easy to explore the area. The host was extremely responsive and supportive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone visiting the area!

Felix was proactive and responsive. All instructions were clear and the home was just as advertised. We booked last minute, and had zero hiccups getting in. Felix was communicative throughout our stay, and we had no issues at all, making everything stress-free. The home was also totally family friendly. We will definitely consider staying there again next time we’re in Pensacola!

The place was decorated very nice and up to date, made me feel at home, cute plants hanging from the ceiling, astrology pictures in the hallway, this would be a nice place for a girls night out.

We rented the home for our adults kids who came to town to celebrate their dads 60th birthday. The kids were very happy with the home and the easy walk to our home (just around the corner). They said everything was great and they were very happy and really enjoyed their stay. We would definitely consider renting again, if needed.
